ورد علينا سؤال عن بعض الأحباب من بلاد شتى ونحن في الحرم المكي مع أخي الكريم الشيخ طاهر كوماسي وحبيبي الغالي الشيخ إبراهيم ويدروغو
سألوا حكم صلاة الجمعة في يوم العيد؟ وذلك عام 2026 .
وقد أجبت هذا السؤال وأتيت بأحاديت وأقوال العلماء مع المراجع في آخر كتابنا (مجموع الفتاوى في المسائل المتفرقة ) راجعه
الجواب هنا اختصار :
اختلف العلماء في هذه المسألة يقول مالك والشافعي وكثير من الحنفية بوجوب صلاة الجمعة. لا تسقط الجمعة بصلاة العيد أبدا لأن صلاة العيد سنة والجمعة فريضة.
وقال أحمد ابن حنبل تسقط الجمعة عن العوام ،واحتج بحديث عثمان ابن عفان وعلي ابن أبي طالب وعمر.
إذًا المسألة فيها خلاف عند العلماء.
